It's been four years since I last visited this awesome spot in Northern Nicaragua and oh my, so much has changed. Firstly, the location is different and base camp is now situated a few houses down the beach from the old place, which has now been completely destroyed by large Pacific swells. This was really sad to see, as I have a lot of fond memories of the old camp.

Having said that, Jonathan and co have worked their butts off to relocate and rebuild the business to such a high standard. The new house is epic and it even has its own beach break right in front. The team work tirelessly to ensure you have the most memorable stay.

One thing that hasn't changed is the bodaciousness of 'The Boom.' It's still as perfect as I remember and we were lucky enough to score a few days of really decent waves. Here's a little selection from a few of these 'Boom' sessions.
